Current Progress on the 8 Industrial Units
Here we post updated videos of the units as we continue to transform them from sand bays to 8 separate units. New roof and insulation fitted. Extensions fitted onto the back of the building, each unit fit out with a kitchen and toilet. Data cable in each section for Internet connections. All new cladding on the back, Electric roller shutter doors to be installed, as well as personnel doors. New substation to be installed and permanent 3 phase power will be provided to all our tenants. Works will be completed by the end of 2023.
Industrial Units
Our Industrial units which are based in Cannock Wood are all rented out at the moment however we are currently in the process of renovating 2 more 1400Sqft units equipped with a kitchen, toilet a small office space. Our Commercial Land
Over 90% of our land is leased out, however we are currently renovating the remaining 10% for hard standing use as well as small units being renovated.
